Solar Car Presentations Ulusötesi proje başlangıç toplantısı 28 Kasım - 1 Aralık 2023 tarihleri arasında Sofya’da gerçekleştirildi.Toplantıya her kurumdan 2 personel katıldı. Toplantıda her kurumun sorumlulukları tekrar gözden geçirildi. Kurumlar bilgi alışverişinde bulundular.Bu personeller kurumlarına döndüklerinde bu toplantıda alınan kararları Erasmus proje yürütme komisyonuna aktardılar.

The Solar Car Presentations International Meeting No:1 was held in Sofia between 28 November and 1 December 2023.2 personnel from each institution attended the meeting. At the meeting, the responsibilities of each institution were reviewed again. Institutions exchanged information. When these personnel returned to their institutions, they conveyed the decisions taken at this meeting to the Erasmus+ project  management commission.
